P&J’s Right Of Way (ROW) Services Group is bringing new energy to the power market. We’re one of the largest ROW and access contractors in the country, specializing in ROW clearing and access road construction, mat supply, and placement in environmentally sensitive areas, erosion and sediment control measures installation and maintenance, and stormwater pollution prevention plan compliance. We’ve completed electrical substation site development, installation of substation physical protection walls and gates, and removal of trees/brush that represent a hazard to electrical infrastructure around the country.
