P&J’s work in power generation literally keeps the lights on. We’ve worked in the power service industry since our beginning, collaborating with large, regulated utilities on projects related to new site development, improvements to infrastructure, and decommissioning of facilities. 

Our demonstrated experience includes facility site development (stormwater management, clearing, excavation, and grading), utility installation, coal combustion residual (CCR) management and closure activities, landfill construction management, and leachate collection system installation.
