New Supervisor Questionnaire process is live.

 

When we hire or promote new supervisors on our job sites, it’s important that we have a well-rounded understanding of their personal safety culture and past experience. We also want to make sure we clearly communicate our expectations to set them up for success with P&J!

To make sure we’re all on the same page, we’ve created a formalized new Supervisor Questionnaire that guides designated safety professionals through interviews designed to get a feel for the new supervisor’s experience and identify areas for further discussion. These questionnaires will be shared with upper management and market safety leads to ensure everyone’s commitment to strengthening our People First culture.
