P&J’s annual open enrollment will be held from November 7th through November 28th, 2022. Any elections made during this period will go into effect on January 1, 2023. If you are a recent hire who has become eligible for 2022 benefits, you will still need to make benefits selection during Open Enrollment for 2023 plans.
This is not a passive enrollment period. You are required to either enroll in P&J’s company benefits or waive coverage during the open enrollment period. Even if you are not electing to make changes, you will be required to officially make selections to your benefits through the HR Self-Service Application.
If you haven’t registered for the HRIS app and downloaded it, now’s the time! This will be your online resource to enroll in benefits during Open Enrollment, so go ahead and take the steps to log in and click around so you’re ready when the time comes.
