Wes Compo started at P&J in 1998, and he’s spent all of his more than 25 years of construction experience building up our Heavy Civil operations in Florida. Wes started as a junior estimator, spent time in the field as a pipe foreman and superintendent, and now serves as Vice President of Operations for our Heavy Civil Market’s Florida Group. He uses his expertise in all areas of operations to work together with our personnel in the field to make sure things move smoothly, and he reports to P&J’s Presidents to make recommendations regarding personnel, equipment, and production.
