Page Riley joined P&J in 1993 as Chief Engineer, and he has more than 40 years of construction industry experience. He grew up watching his father build a career in heavy civil construction, and throughout his own professional life he’s operated equipment, surveyed, estimated and managed large infrastructure projects, and gotten the job done.
Page became a Vice President in 2005 within our Heavy Civil Market. He helps identify and pursue new opportunities, works with our clients to build and maintain relationships, and supports project teams from bid development through project execution. He’s also been responsible for building up P&J’s marine fleet of specialty dredges to expand our Power Generation service offerings. From dams and landfills, to ash pond closure and dredging, Page has a wide range of experience in heavy civil construction. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering—Construction Option.
