PIH Safety recently rolled out a mobile application to track initial incident reports in the field. This tool improves our 4W (What, When, Where, Why) alert process by automating notifications, making it easier for safety professionals to log initial incident locations, including photos. Taking and submitting photos through the app streamlines reporting and improve communication on the job site!
