P&J was contracted to complete right-of-way (ROW) access construction for an American Electric Power (AEP) transmission line in Wheeling, West Virginia.
The scope of work performed by P&J included installing both aggregate access roads and timber matting. P&J installed, maintained, and documented all BMPs for the project items and performed restoration post construction. The project was completed in a populated area and required frequent interaction with property owners.
