P&J’s Contribution

P&J was responsible for cut/fill reshaping, topsoil load/haul/place, aggregate hauling, and soil remediation. The job encountered soil remediation that significantly changed the schedule and sequence of work. Most original contract activities were put on hold until soil remediation work was complete, and as a result P&J’s contract was modified and scope reduced.
