This project included Greenfield site development for a new 138kV substation located in Kingsport, Tennessee. Total site disturbance included 5.72 acres and over 54,000 CY of cut to fill.
P&J performed erosion control installation and maintenance, site grading, storm water installation, and final stabilization. Scope also included drilling, blasting, and crushing of rock to be reused as site fill on a very compact site. Daily site control plans allowed P&J to complete the work in a safe and timely manner.
