Matt Wagley has more than 20 years of experience in construction. He’s supported large dam construction and rehabilitation projects across the country, working to improve heavy civil infrastructure throughout the US. In 2017, Matt joined P&J as a Regional Manager for our Water Resources Group, and now, as Vice President under Heavy Civil, he is responsible for overall project management and oversight of water resources projects throughout the lifecycle of the projects. He ensures jobs are completed to P&J’s high standards of safety, quality, and production and that we build long-lasting relationships with our partners. Matt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
