The Phillips family ranch, named 4G+1 after Ted & Avis’s 5 grandchildren, is located in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. The 3000 acre property hosts a main house with 13 bedrooms and a bunk house with an additional 4 bedrooms, all of which are named after places in Ted and Avis’s native Graham County, NC. There are 2 conference rooms available for meetings, and after business is done, there are outdoor activities from hunting (deer, hogs, and quail), to fishing, and even frog gigging on the beautiful grounds. Transportation around the ranch is either by open air hunting buggy–a custom 4G+1 design that allows you to enjoy your surroundings while giving the dogs a ride on the hunt–or air boat. In between adventures, Chef Alan Burke treats guests to excellent meals in any of the ranch’s indoor and outdoor dining locations, so it’s no wonder guests have repeatedly complimented the welcoming hospitality and family atmosphere of the ranch and its staff!
