Kim Enoch

EH&S Program Director

Kim Enoch assumed the responsibilities of EH&S program director in 2018, bringing more than 25 years of experience in construction safety. Kim has dedicated her career to improving the safety and health of those working in the construction industry. She has focused on safety and health programs at all levels, including directing safety and loss control for the Associated General Contractors of Tennessee. She continues to pass on her knowledge as an adjunct professor for the University of Tennessee’s Construction Science Program, helping to keep the next generation of the industry safe from the start!

For P&J, Kim puts People First by overseeing the development and implementation of company safety programs and procedures. From the direction of the safety department, to site-specific plans to protect our employees, the environment, and property, Kim helps manage the Safety & Risk Management team in the field and in the office. Kim graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, and she has a Master’s Degree from the University of Tennessee in Safety Education.
