P&J’s leadership team is made up of experienced operations managers and executives who oversee our daily project load, nurture our longstanding relationships, and cultivate new opportunities. They are supported by key members of our parent company, Phillips Infrastructure Holdings- (PIH). Consolidating corporate services at the PIH level allows for a global perspective on the needs of our organization, while P&J focuses on our clients’ unique challenges.
